Zenvora accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and selected Buy Now Pay Later services where available. All payment methods are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

2. Payment Security

All payments made on zenvora.com are encrypted and securely processed using industry-standard security systems. Zenvora does not store or have access to full credit card or payment information.

3. Payment Issues

If you experience issues during checkout, please verify your payment information, billing address and available funds. For issues related to PayPal or third-party payment providers, please contact those providers directly for assistance.

4. Duplicate Orders

If a duplicate order has been placed accidentally, please contact officialsupport.zenvora@gmail.com immediately before processing begins. Orders already dispatched must follow the normal return process.

5. Currency

Prices displayed on zenvora.com may vary depending on your selected currency and location. Exchange rates are determined independently and may not reflect real-time market rates.

6. Price Errors

In the event of a pricing or system error, Zenvora reserves the right to cancel or refuse affected orders. If payment has already been captured, a full refund will be issued.

7. Pre-Orders

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order or pre-sale items are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch processing begins.

8. Sales & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to exclusions, minimum spend requirements and limited availability. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.
